    Must Read: Updates To Your Banking Experience

    We're thrilled to share some great news with you! Credit Union Auckland and NZFCU are working on some exciting upgrades to our online banking system and your Debit Mastercard to make your banking experience smoother and more convenient.

    Our top priority is to provide excellent service to all our valued members, and these changes are designed to keep you up-to-date with the latest technology. We've teamed up with a new banking system and card provider to bring you better features and more convenience in the future.


    So, here's what's happening:

    01. What's Changing:

    We're giving our banking system a makeover to offer you easier and improved online banking services, plus we're introducing a brand-new banking app. Before these changes go live, we'll be sending you a new Debit Mastercard with added flexibility and useful features. As a part of this upgrade, we'll be discontinuing phone banking.


    02. What You Need to Do:

    • Make sure you're registered for Internet Banking and can access it.
    • Double-check that the address and mobile phone number we have on file for you are accurate and up-to-date.

    Key Features of Your Debit Mastercard:

    • Use your card in stores, ATMs, online, internationally, and over the phone.
    • Enjoy the convenience of contactless technology.
    • Take control of card management options – temporarily block your card and change your PIN.

    In case your card is misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged, you can temporarily block it via Internet Banking or the CUA Mobile App. For immediate assistance, please contact us at (09) 579 1026.

    If you don't already have a Debit Mastercard and would like to apply, simply call us at (09) 579 1026 or send an online enquiry. We're here to help you set up a card for any of your existing transactional accounts.

    Your safety is important to us, so here are some essential tips to remember:

    • Keep your NZCU Credit Union Auckland or NZFCU Debit Mastercard in a secure place.
    • Choose a unique PIN and never share it with anyone.
    • Use different PINs for different cards.
    • Don't let anyone else use your card.
    • If your card is lost, temporarily block it and contact us immediately.
    • Regularly review your bank transactions to ensure they match your activity.
    • Safely dispose of old documents or receipts displaying your card number.
    • Be cautious of phishing emails; we will never ask for your secure banking information via email.
    • Avoid sharing your NZCU Credit Union Auckland or NZFCU Debit Mastercard details with unknown individuals over the phone.
